When you’re ready to rebook, we’re here for you

We understand that the ever-changing travel restrictions may make you unsure about choosing a later date for your holiday, so you don’t need to worry. You may even want to change your destination, and that’s ok too. 

We won't charge for changes to your holiday

We understand that you may wish to change your holiday plans and we appreciate the need for flexibility. 

If your holiday is due to start before 30 September or has been affected by flight schedule changes, you can postpone your holiday to any date up until 31 December 2021, and even choose a different destination. We won’t charge you to make these changes, but your new holiday will be subject to availability and potential fare differences.

If you flight has been affected by our schedule changes, where possible we will rebook your travel from London Heathrow or Manchester to ensure you can still get away as planned. If you wish to make changes to your holiday you can let us know when we contact you with your revised holiday plans. There is no need to call us right now.

Your holiday is in safe hands, whether you’ve already paid the full balance or just the deposit. The full value of what you’ve paid so far will be credited towards rebooking another holiday. 

I'm ready to rebook, what's next?

The easiest way for our team to help rebook your holiday is by completing the amend form in the email we sent you. You can also log into Manage my booking to find the details there. As a priority, we are currently supporting customers whose holidays have been directly affected by cancellations. Rest assured, we are contacting all our customers in departure date order.

If you don’t wish to rebook, standard terms and conditions apply based on the date you submitted your request for a refund, unless we’ve advised you that your holiday can no longer go ahead.

Holidays from October 2020 

We understand you might be concerned by the current situation, but right now your holiday is unaffected by any travel restrictions.  

If this changes in any way, we’ll of course be in contact to discuss your options. The situation is dynamic, and we continue to monitor it closely, in communication with the government and our suppliers.  

This means that our usual booking conditions apply, and your payment terms haven’t changed. 

Payment flexibility

You can continue to pay for your holiday in Manage my booking, even if travelling in less than 12 weeks. 

If you’re struggling to pay or want to change your plans, you can delay any additional payments by choosing a new time to travel with our flexible travel option, amending your travel up to 31 December 2021. 

If your holiday is more than 6 months away, you may wish to set up a Direct Debit to spread the cost. This can be arranged whilst rebooking or afterwards in Manage my booking
