189 rooms on 4 floors in 1 building. All newly renovated with cable TV, complimentary WiFi access, mini-fridge, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. 

Standard Rooms with either 1 king-size bed, 2 double beds, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Breakfast option: Breakfast is available at a supplement.

Superior Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Corner Loft Jacuzzi Suites are set across 2 levels, with 1 king-size bed set within an open loft space, a living room with gas fireplace and a two person whirlpool tub with spectacular mountain views. Sleeping maximum 2 adults.

We stayed two nights and loved it. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. We arrived early and they accommodated that and allowed us to check in which was amazing.We got free parking in the underground car park which was great since it was snowing. We arrived early and they accommodated that and allowed us to check in which was amazing.We got free parking in the underground car park which was great since it was snowing. We also got free Roam bus passes for the duration of our stay. These took us up to the Gondola, Hot Springs, Tunnel Mountain and many other routes that would have been great if we'd have more time. The reception team was super helpful with our requests. We didn't eat at the hotel which offers The Keg, but there was a pool for use as well as a spa. Read less

Really great Lodge. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location (10 min walk to centre). Great restaurant and bar. Confused about the air con outside the room (noisy and cold). My fault - should have mentioned this at the start of our break (am sure they would have sorted). I would defo stay here again.

I finally brought my family to Banff for a trip, but when i asked a skinny blonde woman at the front desk something, she seemed really impatient and had a sour attitude. Visited in Feb 2024. A little overpriced. Rooms are standard furniture and decorations.Room had large entry to store ski equipment and cloths. Staff was excellent they helped microwave food we bought. Location is great. Would stay again

The Banff Caribou Lodge is centrally located in the town and has easy access to and from the ski area in the area. Has a restaurant on location and walking distance to many shopping and eating places. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms and nice indoor hot tub.
