Nice centrally located hotel. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Nice selection of toiletries and good towels. Not sure what the point of the coffee maker was as no pods supplied but haven’t marked it down for that reason very helpful reception staff. Restaurant on site good with excellent sized portions.
A nice enough hotel.

The actual hotel was nice. A good room with good facilities and clean.
The welcome at reception was great and the service we had was on point. We did use the restaurant/bar- Moxies for both evening meals as this was fantastic. It was busy, great service and the food was brilliant.

My only gripe is its location. It's central and on the tram line, but the area is quite unnerving. There were a fair few homeless and drug users around which made us want to not leave on an evening.
As I said, it is on the tram line as this is loud. Even 15 storeys high, but I used the sound to drift off!

Excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Hotel at the end of the skywalk (amazing - like an indoor village). Tram outside free to downtown although if able within walking distance (15 - 20mins) Room amenities great (kettle, microwave and fridge to use).
Good base in Calgary

We had large room on the 6th floor looking over the basketball courts and we had plenty of room for our large cases and it was clean.
The room had a nice kitchenette area, the bathroom was very tight, but all functional.
We didn’t need it, so generally left it off, but the air conditioning unit was loud.

It was about a 15 minute walk to the main shopping area / bars / eateries, although if wet, or pushed for time the light railway outside was great and easy to use.
You could hear the trains, so if a light sleeper may need to ask for a room at the back of the hotel.
Staff all very helpful and friendly.

Check-in staff are friendly and informative.
Our room was modern and clean and very peaceful. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. The room was large enough for us to store our suitcases out of the way.

There is a burger restaurant called Moxies attached to the hotel. If you want to go further afield, there is a train station in front of the hotel where you can ride downtown or cross the Bow River to an area called Kensington. Here, you will find a Safeway supermarket and a few restaurants.
