Standard Rooms with either 1 king-size bed, 2 double beds, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Breakfast option: Breakfast is available at a supplement.

Superior Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Corner Loft Jacuzzi Suites are set across 2 levels, with 1 king-size bed set within an open loft space, a living room with gas fireplace and a two person whirlpool tub with spectacular mountain views. Sleeping maximum 2 adults.

I this unique establishment, we enjoyed the roomy of the suite. All facilities were clean and serviced daily. Being located on Banff Ave was an advantage when finding transport. The staff were numerous and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. Don’t forget to use the pool and spa

We however did a lot of walking as we like to experience the place we are staying. A walk into downtown took about 20 minutes but there is plenty to look at. Our room was lovely and we had 2 double beds which we decided to have 1 each as we were tired from our flight from the UK. Beds and pillows were really comfortable There was a plumbing issue with the loo but within 5 minutes of reporting it there was a maintenance man there rectifying the problem. We had a bath with shower over and water pressure was good. We used the hot spa pool on our stay which was lovely. All in all a very good place to stay Read less

We stayed two nights and loved it. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. We arrived early and they accommodated that and allowed us to check in which was amazing.We got free parking in the underground car park which was great since it was snowing. We arrived early and they accommodated that and allowed us to check in which was amazing.We got free parking in the underground car park which was great since it was snowing. We also got free Roam bus passes for the duration of our stay. These took us up to the Gondola, Hot Springs, Tunnel Mountain and many other routes that would have been great if we'd have more time. The reception team was super helpful with our requests. We didn't eat at the hotel which offers The Keg, but there was a pool for use as well as a spa. Read less

Really great Lodge. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location (10 min walk to centre). Great restaurant and bar. Confused about the air con outside the room (noisy and cold). My fault - should have mentioned this at the start of our break (am sure they would have sorted). I would defo stay here again.
