Hotel was very clean and although we never used any of the amenities (pool, spa, gym), from what I could see, they were all nicely appointed. The only disappointment was the fact that all guests are charged a fee for parking with a daily fee of $60 for valet or $40 for self-parking (lot was a block and-a-half away). Considering the room price and the fact that anyone staying there is most likely going to have a car, I feel that this bordered on gouging. But I suppose most of the hotels in the vicinity use the same practice. Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel when visiting Niagara Falls. Read less

Book it online, or you’ll get charged extra fees without notice. We checked the place on Booking and it looked perfect for what we needed. Beautiful waterfall view and nice rooms. We decided to just walk in where one person at the check in desk gave us a price higher than the one we saw online, we walked away and came back to ask about the price difference and the other person gave us a price similar to the one online so we decided to take. No one told us about the taxes not being included and the that the parking wasn’t included. So we ended up paying an extra $100 than we were told originally. Read less

Hotel great- but hidden charges on credit card. The hotel has magnificent views of the falls! Room was decent and clean.First night they charged $18 charge on my credit card without telling me and will be a daily charge. When asked they said it’s an amenity fee (includes WeGo shuttle, two bottles of water and coupons for discounts on wine tastings, beer tastings etc). This was never mentioned at check in. It’s offside. When you’re paying this much for a hotel room plus the $39 self park or $59 valet park, they add on an extra $18/night amenity fee without telling you. The next morning I checked my credit card and another $6 was charged again. I never purchased anything at the hotel and was told it’s one of the taxes they have and not to worry about it,it will be all sorted out at the end of stay at check out. I’ve never had a hotel just charge your card without telling you what it’s for. The extra charges are a rip off. Hotel needs to tell you upfront so you can expect all these extra charges along the way. Read less

Right away, we found a used napkin then a dried face towel on the floor. The carpet looks somewhat dirty or partially vacuumed. Staff at front desk just offered to escalate but no apologies. Paid a room with a good view, but windows are dirty. It sucks because it's such a nice hotel with a great view of Niagara falls. But a few lazy people are… Read more

The Good -Rooms were clean and fairly well-appointed -River view had actually a nice view of the falls, albeit a lower level room (good for taking stairs) -Staff at the lobby bar were fabulous The Bad - Terrible experience with management prior to stay trying to sort out an error that Marriott made (and they ultimately refused to fix) - Self-parking is more than 2 blocks away and $39/night at that. Might as well stay at the other Marriott - it's half the distance from the parking. - Had to fight to get the coupons included in my $16 "daily destination fee" (she literally wasn't going to give them to me) - My kid couldn't reach the toiletries in the shower. Honestly, at just over 5 feet tall myself, it was a stretch. I appreciate no little bottles but they should be SO much lower - The fridge, even on medium setting, froze all my food in just one night. Had to throw it all away I stay in a TON of hotels. I won't be staying at this one again for many reasons. With so many options in Niagara Falls, I encourgae you to look elsewhere first. Especially for the price. Read less
