I went to Toronto with the family and the experience was very positive. From the location, to the room, the cleanliness and the pleasant staff. I would definitely recommend it if you are going to Toronto.

Loved the vibe of this hotel from the moment I arrived! Saw it described as John Wick's Continental in the heart of Toronto by another reviewer and I could not agree more. The room was modern and cool and a quick text would bring you anything that you might have forgotten (we needed an HDMI cable and had it within 5 minutes). The room was spotless (shout out to the housekeeping staff) and the beds were super comfortable. Could hear some noise from upstairs and in the hallway but found this did not interfere with our stay at all - pretty typical for any hotel stay. Yorkville is just around the corner (check out Eataly) but hotel was very central for exploring other areas downtown (Kensington Market, King Street West, Chinatown, etc). The only down side was the service in the restaurant - my son and I (I was there to pick him up from U of T) were looking forward to checking out the restaurant but the staff were not particularly friendly and we had to go find someone to take our order. The food was very good when it arrived though. Overall would defintely recommend this hotel. Read less

Extremely well located, the service is like worthy some of the best 5 stars hotels. The room are stylish and well decorated, you don’t really expect that when you see the hotel from outside but it’s absolutely and hidden gem of Toronto. The bar and the restaurant are truly amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel.
