201 suites across 21 floors. All with air-conditioning, TV, telephone, coffee/tea making facilities, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, stove, table and chairs, pots, pans and serving dishes, iron and ironing board, safe, bathroom amenities, and hairdryer. 

Studio Suites offer city views, with a separate living and dining area, kitchen, and either 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed and sleeper sofa, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.


Complimentary breakfast buffet for two people (any additional adult guests will be subject to extra person fee of $30 per room/night). Complimentary grocery delivery service, and local restaurant dinner delivery service*. Barbecue and picnic area.

What a great hotel. Secure 6'6" parking underground for $31 / day. Rooms are nice and spacious with nice kitchen. Bathroom nice marble and very clean. Lobby more functional than impressive, but location is excellent. Pricey, but it's DT Van.

Perfect location for a one night stay. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. It is hard to fault this hotel, which was perfect for the needs of my family. Suite accommodation provides perfect flexibility for families, which more up-market hotels at the same price point just do not have. Location is good, with restaurants close by. One exceptional feature of this hotel is the standard of cleanliness, In fact, probably the best of any hotel I have stayed in. The complimentary breakfast was of good quality. The staff wete efficient and friendly and keen to make sure everything met our expectations. The one disappointing fact was that the swimming pool was out of order at short notice. Although this was disappointing, it did not detract from our stay and this hotel really does deserve its five score on TripAdvisor. Read less

However, I spoke with multiple staff members prior to our planned stay to get information about the resort and the area. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Every single person I spoke with on the phone was more than willing to provide any information to help me plan a successful trip. When I had to cancel our stay, the staff was so understanding and helped direct me on how to cancel as we had booked through a third party as a vacation package. They issued a refund without any issues. When we can rebook, we will definitely be staying at this resort!! Read less

Last time we came here this hotel was having a refit so was a bit chaotic, Came back Feb 2024 booked a suite and it was absolutely fabulous very spacious, room not too hot, comfy bed, great kitchen loaded with everything you need if you expect to cook, Great location for downtown Vancouver
