295 suites. All rooms have air-conditioning, TV, WiFi, mini-bar, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tea/coffee-making facilities, bathrobe and slippers, a terrace and a whirlpool bath. Standard Suites have a garden view with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Swim Out Suites have direct access to a semi-private pool, and also includes features such as in-room check-in, pillow menu, and turndown service, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Oceanfront Suites are located on the beachfront, and also includes features such as in-room check-in, pillow menu, bathrobe and slippers, welcome amenities, and turndown service, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Presidential Suites are located on the beachfront with ocean views and a whirlpool on the terrace, as well as other additional services. Features a living room and kitchenette, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Iberostar Grand Rose Hall was an amazing experience with a few hick ups but I will definitely come back. If you want to relax and chill it's the best place to go. I will be tell everyone about my great experience. My husband and I will be back.

Rooms were very clean and modern, bathroom was 5 star! Spa was lovely. The only downside I found was the entertainment in evening was for more of an older crowd, were in 30s and found it kind of slow, BUT you have access to the other 2 resorts on site which is geared for the younger crowds we just didn't venture over there in the evening as we were exhausted from day time activities. Overall I LOVED this resort 10/10!! Will be back for sure. If possible i highly suggest splurging on the butler service. It really does make the stay so much more enjoyable. You use what WhatsApp app and can msg them from 7am to 11pm for ANYTHING your little heart desires and if possible they will make it happen!! Again Alain, hands down the best. Read less

The food was the best of an all inclusive resort I've ever had. Only 1 restaurant required reservations. Samantha took care of me during most of my meals in different restaurants. She is amazing. The surf and turf restaurant does not offer Lobster from April 1st to June. That was not noted in any information provided until you went to dinner. The activities personnel are really good. They encourage participants without being pushy. They provide some sort of activities throughout the day as well as entertainment. Rooms are nicely furnished. The amenities of bodywash, shampoo and conditioner were good. Lotion provided is thinned out with water. I, guess to stretch. It's terrible. Make sure to bring your own. My husband and I booked Iberostar Grand Rose Hall through Costco Travel and we absolutely loved the hotel. It was nice having the hotel only a 20 min drive to and from the airport but you never heard an airplane go by. The grounds are really well kept. The staff is friendly. Shoutout to our amazing butlers, Kadeen, Ralston, and Rohan. They were fabulous! Check in was super easy (we also did get there at 9 am). The rooms were updated. We were on the bottom floor, which sucked because people were constantly walking and talking loud by our room. Our room also was across from a storage room/ where all the cleaning people had their stuff, and this door would drag when opened. You could constantly hear this door trying to be opened. This resort had a lot of restaurants, which were happy about and they were all really good but we really loved Galleon the steak house. We went there 4 times in our 7 nights. Shoutout to Garcia and Kavon who were our waiters. They were great! The pool was clean, and the drinks were strong (a little too strong for me, personally), but they were good. I do think the service was a bit slow at the pool, but not terrible. Our favorite bartender is Alnardo! He makes the best drinks! At times I didn't know what I wanted to drink and he would just make a drink and it was delish! Shellisa was also our amazing waitress at the Italian restaurant. We can't wait to go back! Read less

This is our second time visiting this resort and it has been outstanding each time we come here. The resort is great but the staff are awesome as well. Trishone, Travis and Corey at the pool bar are fun, friendly and the lifeguard Lamar Jackson was great to talk with and share information about his country. I cannot wait to come back again.
