I had a wonderful time at the beach especially with the hotels beach service. Dumitri was so helpful you don’t even know the half of it, he was always checking to make sure my friends and I were ok. Spoke politely and set our chairs up beautifully!!!

The staff were very polite and helpful. I asked for ice they ran and grab me ice. I asked for a pillow, they ran and grabbed me a pillow. I asked for my seat to be moved closer to the water. They moved my seat closer to the water even though I was annoying, I would definitely come back again because they helped me

Dumitri customer service was amazing. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He provided answers to all of our questions. made sure that we had everything we needed. He provided a wonderful customer experience. He was very respectful.

As soon as we got to the beach staff was quick to help us! Everyone was great but Caden was so helpful!!!! He was super friendly and personable and got us all set up with chairs and towels on the beach:) they took great care of us! Awesome customer service!
