Normally a wonderful hotel, with the most amazing courtyard, especially at night, and a beautiful pool, great ocean views and all amenities. Our favorite beach hotel, by far! May ‘24 stay is a disaster with 24-7 noisy and unsightly major construction trucks and heavy equipment operating directly in front of the hotel on the beach, less than 20… Read more
Normally a wonderful hotel, with the most amazing courtyard, especially at night, and a beautiful pool, great ocean views and all amenities. Our favorite beach hotel, by far! May ‘24 stay is a disaster with 24-7 noisy and unsightly major construction trucks and heavy equipment operating directly in front of the hotel on the beach, less than 20 yards from the pool area, and within hearing shot of every hotel room, all day and night, beep , beep, beep. Do not book here until construction is moved up the beach and beyond hotel. Not sure when that is supposed to happen. Ask for assurance when reserving. No warning given when booking or checking in. We arrived yesterday and waited a bit for check in . Because we are Hilton Diamond members we received an upgrade to an oversized Suite. We arrived yesterday and waited a bit for check in . Because we are Hilton Diamond members we received an upgrade to an oversized Suite. The room was nice and clean, but we had the most horrible night in a Hotel ever because there is very heavy construction ongoing on the beach day and whole ! night directly in front of the property to repair the damage from the Hurricans from 2022. Its called beach renourishment project. The whole night we heard the „beep, beep, beep“ of the heavy vehicles , no chance to sleep. The work will continue until august at least. There is no warning on the app or website , nobody told us at check in. We were moved now to another room a bit farther away from the construction, but we still hear everything on our balcony. Hopefully the night will be better with ear plugs. We wouldn’t have booked this hotel if we knew in advance so i hope the post will help some people to avoid a big disappointment. We came over from Germany , are still jetlaged and started with this experience. Read less

This is a Beautiful hotel, in a beautiful location, with an amazing staff. It is vallet only, however Dylan took excellent care of our vehicle. Will definitely be returning for another stay during our next trip to Saint Augustine Florida !!
