The service was wonderful. Everyone working at the hotel was cheerful and kind. However, 2/4 elevators were broken. One of the elevators has been broken for weeks. Fortunately, I was able to take the stairs, but there were elderly people and families with young children that had to wait for a LONG time.

Stayed here with family. Rooms were small as mentioned. But you're in your room for a short time a day, so it was fine. Will definitely returned. Staff is very friendly.

Not only is Elianny an excelled server but she was born for customer service. My husband and I felt at home every time we sat at Elianny's table for a meal at the hotel's restaurant. She greeted us always with the biggest smile. Thank you Elianny!

A wonderful kept 80s luxury resort Hotel. The grounds has a Sandy Beach area close to the pool. Wonderful foliage surrounding the property. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Food and drinks are a little overpriced. Rooms are spacious. AC works well. Very gracious of the hotel to allow you to use the property while you wait for your evening… Read more
