The staff and the hotel itself provide a wonderful 5 star experience. The restaurants are excellent and the beach and pool facilities are great. I would also highly recommend a visit to the Conrad spa, and must give a special mention to Sanga whose competence and knowledge cannot always be found at hotel spas.

The 'Level 45' experience didn't really do it for us; and we had to pay almost 100 euro for my partner (who also is diamond member). I was granted a late check out (thanks for that) but where you would usually be allowed to stay in the lounge (my flight was at 2 am) for a few hours, they insisted on another extra fee.
