Fantastic place to stay. Great breakfast excellent ambience.. Badawy who served coffee in the lobby was extraordinary and caring. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Overall a good place to stay because of its location and amenities

Exceptional members of staff of Tarek Jarrouge, Gamze and Rawda, so happy to met them. I enjoyed meeting them with my family and hopefully can continue to enjoy great care, welcome and being appreciated by these lovely staff caring staff. Also Fahad restaurant manager was so welcoming, polite and also nice. In the executive lounge all the staff welcoming and greeting all guests happy environment. Ideally situated next to metro station stop. Hotel itself is clean and nice environment. Matter of fact I felt and appreciated as a valued guest and Hilton diamond member. Even though been to Dubai on numerous occasions. I will for sure return in this hotel as Tarek, Gamze and Rawda are wonderful people. Read less

Gamze met me and asked about the whole experience, I was honestly impressed by the hospitality and the team passion to make a very successful event. To the extent yesterday a waiter advised me to eat at least a biscuit before my coffee, that’s really caring of her.

Great location. Staff amazingly helpful. From bell hop Raja, front desk, spa…. I would stay again! The location right in front of the Metro is the best. Also, the lounge staff and foods were fresh, varied and always tasty. The views from there are pretty great as well.
