The villas are located on a beautiful property down by the creek and yet close to amenities. The buildings are a bit tired and could do with some updating particularly given the rates charged. Linens could be upgraded. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great to have breakfast included.

Keurig , microwave and fridge in room. Other amenities are use of spa/ indoor pool at the villas just below hotel. Was told There is a path to Oak creek w Adirondack chairs but did not go there. The good... friendly staff. The bad... unreliable service. Two days in a row I asked for the trash to be emptied. The first time by phone... before 10 AM and the second in person at reception. The good... friendly staff. The bad... unreliable service. Two days in a row I asked for the trash to be emptied. The first time by phone... before 10 AM and the second in person at reception. Never happened. On my last day the fireplace would not light. Maintenance came very quickly, replaced a battery, and it would like. Unfortunately, the igniter then ran continuously. Maintenance came again... promptly... went off with the words... "need to look at some manuals"... and never heard or saw them again. Breakfast is a bit above average for this type of property but the breakfast area is small for the size of the hotel. Rooms are a bit dated. At over $450 per night... even in Sedona... could be better. Read less

The room itself, other than the red rock view from the patio, was a basic hotel room and could use an update, esp. the shower-tub combination and dark furniture.
