Great staff with great amenities! Room was very clean. Nelly, at the front desk, helped us so much!! We are new to the area and she took the time to walk us through the train system and wrote down detailed directions for us which helped so much!!

Experience overall was great, bar had a good atmosphere, everything was comfortable. Jody at the front desk really stood out. She was accommodating and extremely friendly. If every hotel had a Jody, they’d be in a good place. 4 stars without Jody, 5 stars with Jody.

The hotel was over all okay. The rooms are small, water was not provided, valet charges were 54 bucks a night, bed was very okay too. The only thing was the valley staff Mr. Yacouty who helped us save our money on necessary things. Definitely recommend taking help on your visit

Aisha at the reception was exceptionally helpful. Hotel was with average facilities. Some in the reception were not very helpful. Rooms are good. No water bottles in the room. Calm place but no restaurant. I might visit again. Friends also feel the same.

Great place to stay and overall great experience. Staff are super helpful and really great for pre & post Boston marathon. Facilities were great for what we needed and recommendations on how to get to different locations were super helpful.
