From the minute we walked in, the staff was friendly. We had a long day of traveling so we stopped in the hotel bar where we met Dave first and he kicked off the high standard from personality to knowledge for tourists. Dave and Noah suggested several recommendations, which we took, and all were amazing. Noah even helped us get reservations to a personal favorite and it was above and beyond what normal hotel staff would do for you. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. They had live music in the hotel bar one evening and she was quite talented and the room was packed. Nice touch! If and when we return to Boston, we will stay here no matter the price due to the staff listed above. Read less

I appreciate the nice location of the hotel. The bed, pillows, linens and towels were very comfortable. I appreciated the Starbucks and creamer set up as well as the lighted magnifying mirror and other amenities such as frig and safe. The room did not face a busy road. The reason that I did not rate the hotel more highly is that the shower… Read more

I appreciated the Starbucks and creamer set up as well as the lighted magnifying mirror and other amenities such as frig and safe. The room did not face a busy road. The reason that I did not rate the hotel more highly is that the shower head dripped loudly enough to wake me despite me closing all doors and putting towels on the shower floor. I reported this three times including at checkout. Two different engineers came on two days but weren’t able to fix it. Read less

We celebrated our 30th anniversary at the Westin Copley. We took the red-eye flight from SF to Boston. So, needless to say, we got to the Westin rather early. Elfi from the management sent us an email before our arrival to make sure if there was anything they could do to make our stay as seamless as possible. Elfi explained how to get to the hotel from the airport and the destination fee. I did say we were celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we checked in with Courtney at the front desk to the last day, my wife and I felt extra special and well-taken care of. People complained about the destination fee which I totally understand. However, understanding it's a business decision, we took full advantage of the "free" tours that were offered. We got 2 tickets to go up the Prudential Building, walking tour of the Freedom Trail, 24-hour access to the BlueBikes, as well as access to the Trinity Church. We spent $30 each day at the Bar 10 Restaurant. As Platinum members to Marriott Bonvoy, we had access to the Club Lounge. It closed on Friday at 5pm for the weekend. But, we got breakfast vouchers for Saturday and Sunday to eat at Bar 10 for the breakfast buffet. We loved every minute we got to spend at the Westin and Boston. No doubt, we would stay here again!!! I’ve had better experiences at motel 6. I felt like I paid for nothing. Service was terrible - no parking at hotel. I had to park down the street. The rooms are terrible, and the elevators don’t work.
