124 rooms and suites across 3 floors, all with air conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, coffee/tea making facilities, mini fridge, hairdryer, radio/alarm clock, smart HDTV, and bathroom amenities. 

Standard rooms feature inland views, with either 1 queen-size bed, 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Ocean View rooms feature a private balcony with ocean views, and either 1 king-size bed with optional sofa bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Premium rooms are larger in size and feature ocean views from the private balcony, with 2 queen-size beds plus a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 6 people. 

Boardwalk Suites feature a larger seating area with sofa bed, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, private balcony, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Dunes suites are one bedroom suites with inland views, a separate living room with sofa bed, kitchen, oversized bathroom, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Pacific Suites are one bedroom oceanfront suites with private balcony, separate living room with sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Pequin Coastal Cocina (Mexican restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner). Star Bar (poolside bar). Coffee cart.

Great resort along the boardwalk and fronting the beach. Nice outdoor seating area with fire pits. The patio bar is great. Good bartender. Downside - some of the bath towels are thin rough.

Paid and closed tab at the bar and they still charged to the room. Got double charges, called and they said I have to have the receipt not the transaction statement from the card I paid. Very funny.

The rooms are huge and the view was spectacular. The staff was lovely. It’s definitely the best place is Pismo for fun in the sun.

I called ahead of my reservation to arrange for some goodies (champagne) to be in our hotel room as a surprise for my family. Tia at the front desk provided outstanding customer service by being personable and making the process super easy on my end! Thank you again, Tia!
