Some coworkers and i stayed here for conference in January and were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel and the attention from the staff. Looks like we found a new staff hotel for us in San Diego! Thank you to the GM Jim, we will be in touch for future stays!

We only stayed for one night, but we shared a room with two queen beds and it was so much fun. We spent the afternoon at the rooftop bar enjoying the sun and the heated pool. We left for a few hours to celebrate my birthday with family but came back later that evening and enjoyed one of the cabanas on the rooftop. The staff was incredible, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. 10 out of 10 for me. I will absolutely be coming back in the future. Read less

Was never told we had a VIP $25.00 food and drink voucher and the pool was closed at 3:30 pm that day we checked in. Management did do a follow up call after i talked to the front desk and they confirmed about the voucher. The cool thing is that they play Jimmy Buffet concerts on loop on their tv if you want. We did want to listen to Jimmy while we got ready to go out but could not because the volume would not work on that channel. Engineering was called and did not fix it before we checked out a day later. I would recommend the hotel, just had some little stuff happen that dulled the experience. Read less

I have been traveling throughout the US and a few times throughout Europe due to my 45 year career. 13 years of it was spent in the music business and that was every two weeks out of the month, per year. Most of the time was in the Audio Visual business and the last 7 years in the aviation business. I’ve been to great places, themed etc. Maybe, because I am still a part time musician, started playing when I was 7 years old. I am 65 and still love all kinds of music. This place is great! A+ for theming. RELAX!!!! Very cool:) Please note: I just love this place! Clean, fun and best of all the hospitality. Thank you, Tiffany, Chelsie, Anel, Travis, Lisa, Dani and Juli. Wow! I wish my wife was with me and if we ever are in town, this is where we are staying. No doubt! She’d love it! The hospitality staff and managers are the best I ever encountered. You can hold training school here for new fresh industry people or veteran workers who need help! I want to thank Mr. Jimmy Buffet and the owners. The business, A/V and drummer guy thanks you all. Stay well everybody! Read less
