The staff was the best part of our stay!!!! The staff was very welcoming. Especially Jasmine she helped us with all of our needs. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We enjoyed playing pinball machine and billiard. We would come back!

Overall I was pleased with the entire experience. I was disappointed that the Speak Eady was full and I wasn’t even able to take a look in the place.

I booked through Hotel Tonight and was so pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a hotel. The room and staff were great and the amenities were so unexpected. We played pinball and pool on the rec level and had such a great time. Thank you for everything!

This is my third stay at Hotel Zetta over the past 5 years. I continue to love it. Location is great. You can walk to Union Square to the Ferry Building, SOMA, the Castro. It feels like a relatively small hotel, but the rooms are well appointed. The bed is incredible. I would book a night just to sleep in that bed again.
