Amazing Location! Very easy to get from/to the O’Hare airport, as well as all the main businesses and attractions nearby the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, with special shoutout to Hetal at the front desk! The hotel has classic charm - amenities include free coffee/tea, iron, blow dryer, shampoo/soup, wifi, gym, etc.

Hetal helped me through a check in date issue that was likely my fault. Made for a pain free stay. A nice, quality hotel with solid amenities and good food. Definitely recommend to anyone planning to stay in downtown Chicago. Easy walk to many sights.

The front desk service was incredible. Helal Jain was so pleasant and helpful. She helped to arrange an early check in for me and helped me to extend my stay. I haven’t experience customer service this good in a very long time. The hotel lobby is a wonderful place to gather for a great time with family and friends.

Everyone seems very excited and willing to assist . Neat rooms and beddings were clean The forks at the front desk were incredible. Nothing was too much to ask .
