Nira and Rayon were fabulous. They helped me get checked in and situated. I even got a room upgrade which the room turned out to be amazing. I will be coming back here for sure thank you ladies and the hotel so much. I also had an amazing view to take pictures out of.

It was a great location and staff was very helpful. I have been traveling to New Orleans for over 30 years. I got home and realized I left credit cards in safe and Cotina Holmes in security retrieved them and sent to me Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this location

Clean well appointed room, great location, good value but most valuable asset is employees! Everyone was most patient and understanding and helpful! Upon arrival, the safe in our room had broken lock,,one call and service there in minutes .. could not repair.. so he suggested we request to be moved and we did and he brought us new keys and helped… Read more

Upon arrival, the safe in our room had broken lock,,one call and service there in minutes .. could not repair.. so he suggested we request to be moved and we did and he brought us new keys and helped us move down the hall!! During our stay we received texts asking how about our stay and offers of service.. then on checkout! Very pleasant and easy.. bellman offered to call taxi and take bags before we could ask.. but got to airport missing garment bag.. but called and got Brian in security who said “No worries” just go to UPS when you get home and email a shipping label .. which I did!!.. and then Brian boxed it up and called to let me know he had dropped it off at UPS and it was in transit!! Disaster avoided thanks to Brian Goins!!! Read less

There were some problems with plumbing but they let us know in advance. Gabrielle was fantastic, & went above & beyond to make are stay enjoyable & memorable.

Great location. Very thin comforters. Ask for a high floor to avoid noise. Use Premier Parking around the corner by Acme for half the price. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants. Trolly is across the street. Walk to WW2 museum and Jackson Square. Corner of Bourbon Street and Canal.
