If you want to try to sleep at a night club it’s great. But it’s far from a luxury resort. Worst, the music is blaring into my room from down below on a Wednesday night at 1130. Now it is taking them nearly and hour to change my room. Wrong room keys. No bellman. Etc. Thr manager, Taylor tried to blame the event at the hotel rather than taking… Read more

And cherry on top, the steamer in my room ruined my shirt. Read less

Fast elevators to a breathtaking view from my 68th floor room. Gorgeous hotel with outstanding restaurants. Pool areas are to die for beautiful. Gym is not only the nicest I've ever seen in a hotel, but it's the nicest gym i've ever seen period! Amazing equipment, all the latest tech. Didn't gamble so can't comment on that. Mother Wolf was spectacular. The bad things are very few. No coffee maker in the rooms, simply because they want you to buy $8 cups everyday downstairs. While so many other high-end hotels have standard Nespresso machines. No free water in rooms, only $8 Fiji mini's that should cost $2.50. No Qtips/cotton balls in bathroom. The LONG walks to get anywhere (I mainly stayed onsite everyday and averaged 12 miles walking per day). The confusing layout engineered to do just that. Resort fee. Read less

The Fontainebleau is nothing short of extraordinary, from the moment we stepped out of the car we felt special and were greeted with smiles “welcome to the Fontainebleau”. We checked in and were upgraded to the Noble suite per our request, on the 56th floor. What a room, the view of the strip, sphere and pools below were all eye catching. The room decor was chic and modern, we loved it. We had rented a water day bed at the pool the next day, had a great server who provided us with excellent and friendly service. The next day she even stopped over to where we were sitting to say hello and ask if we had been taken care of after she left at the end of her shift. This kind of top notch service continued throughout the hotel. We had dinner at Mother Wolf one night, also tried Miami Slice and Roadside Taco, all were delicious with friendly staff , excellent service. We also had room service one morning, it was delivered promptly by a friendly waiter who was nice to chat with while he set up the table. This hotel in one word is “perfection”. We have stayed at the Encore/Wynn Tower Suites last few years and considering that’s a 5 star hotel, Fontainebleau exceeds that in our opinion. Cheers to you Fontainebleau and staff for a great stay, we can’t wait to come back. -Dan & Lacey Read less

Upon our arrival, it was clear, that the receptionists were more interested in getting more money out of us, by offering us weird kinds of upgrades, than to make us feel welcome. I really find that's a shame. We travelled for 24 hours, and was greeted by vultures. Apart from that, the hotel was nice, fresh, and clean. A bit overstaffed and… Read more

I really find that's a shame. We travelled for 24 hours, and was greeted by vultures. Apart from that, the hotel was nice, fresh, and clean. A bit overstaffed and expensive, but we would definitely come back. The control panel for the light and curtains didn't work in my side of the bed and in the middle of the night, the light would turn on, but that were minor issues. Read less

Very nice hotel and the concert hall is also nice. Room was large and very luxurious. Maybe the deepest bathtub I have ever used! Parking garage is a bit of a walk but plenty of spots. Only con is the food in the hotel is very expensive and not that great.
