576 suites on 38 floors in 3 buildings with 5 lifts per tower. All with air-conditioning, 42" flat-screen HDTV, complimentary WiFi access, iHome clock radio, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, fully equipped kitchenette, dedicated seating area, and luxurious bathroom with whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. 

Signature Deluxe Suites with 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Balcony Suites and Deluxe Balcony Strip View Suites are the same as Deluxe Suites, with the addition of a private balcony. 

One Bedroom Balcony Suites and One Bedroom Balcony Strip View Suites are 900 sq ft with a full kitchen, spacious living room, private balcony, and master bedroom with deluxe king-size bed and 2 luxurious bathrooms, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Delights (gourmet delicatessen, open for all day dining). Starbucks®. The Lounge (bar). Additional restaurants and bars at MGM Grand. 

Live shows, DJ sets, and performances at MGM Grand including Cirque du Soleil.

Heated pool complex within each tower (seasonal). Poolside cabanas*. Two 24-hour fitness centre's. Additional facilities at MGM Grand including: Wet Republic, Grand pool complex, spa*, Topgolf*, and a casino.

Complimentary WiFi access (included in resort fee). Complimentary valet parking (self-parking is available at MGM Grand). Concierge. 

This hotel has a resort fee of $42 plus tax per room, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

I’ve stayed at the Signature 4-5 times now and only ever stay at another hotel when I’m with someone who wants to stay on strip. Having a full kitchen in the rooms is a game changer in Vegas and the service has always been wonderful. I only book through MGM Rewards or the hotel, so can’t speak for airbnb stays.

Love this hotel as it’s quiet & secure/private. There’s no smoking or gambling which is amazing! And more family friendly

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Having a full kitchen was very convenient - ate out a lot and always brought back leftovers that I would heat up later as a snack. Having 2 bathrooms was also really convenient - loved not having to fight over toilet, vanity, and shower time. My only complaint is that valet services stops too early.… Read more

Having 2 bathrooms was also really convenient - loved not having to fight over toilet, vanity, and shower time. My only complaint is that valet services stops too early. You’re forced to self park at MGM (you are given a voucher to cover parking fees) and then have to walk back to your tower. Oh, also, apparently some third parking booking sites do not include the required resort fee when you book - so be prepared to pay for the daily resort fee at check in. The gym was great - had all the necessities. Staff was really friendly. Read less

We had an amazing staff at the MGM Signature tower 3. The food in the MGM is wonderful and easy. Bonus our balcony looked out towards the Sphere. The spa is also top notch!
