Stayed here for 4 nights on our way back from Hawaii to NY to break up the trip for our kids. The staff were great and knew were arriving early morning and held our reservation and even told us to grab breakfast for after our nap. The neighborhood is quieter than i expected and we did not hear the monorail at all (6th floor). The room was clean, large enough to not feel cramped for 4 people and overall well kept. It was a little dark due to lack of ceiling lights but we were not in the room much. Always fast to get a Lyft to take us to the Mariners game and the airport. We loved the restaurant recommendations as well. Would stay again and recommend to friends. Read less

The Hyatt House is close to everything within walking distance to the Space Needle. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

This hotel charged me close to 50% more than what was shown to me at the time of booking in their website. They charge $60.00 dlls per night in just parking alone. Besides that, they charge you an "acommodation" fee just to book with them A $1,200.00 a week boking ended up being $2,000.00 and is simply not worth it. Rooms are old and dirty and… Read more

The free breakfast buffet had everything you could want -- eggs, pancakes/waffles, bacon, sausage, steel cut oatmeal, fruit salad, yogurt, bananas, oranges, etc. Not haute cuisine, but a good way to start the day. The location is fantastic, steps away from the Museum of Popular Culture, Space Needle, Monorail, and more. The cost was quite reasonable. Highly recommended. Read less
