Very clean (and I’m very picky)! . Martha, at the front desk was amazing. She helped us get in a bit early as we were traveling with my elderly parents. All the staff were super accommodating. Will definitely choose this hotel when flying from Austin in the future.

I had a very pleasant interaction with Natalie at the front desk. She was very accommodating and kind. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Beds was like sleeping on a cloud.Martha at the front was a huge help. I love that the hotel had a large open bar and restaurant inside worth your time to come here. .. .................................................................

Enjoyed stay at property….. Nice outside appearance and lobby, with nice amenities… The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Natalie… Thank you for your patience and assistance with today…. Suggest hotel if you are in the area….

Martha was HORRIBLE.My husband stayed here because of the proximity to the airport,and was so upset!Martha had him wait 30 minutes to check in after the check in time.He got to the room and there were bugs,he asked Martha for another room and she giggled her answer through as it was not a biggie and told him someone will spray the room. Roaches are fine for this hotel,just wait for them to die!!!!! apperently the manager tried to flirt with him instead of giving him other room.He left and stayed at the HYATT PLACE down the road where everything was great.
