She was incredibly gracious and quick to ensure we got to our room without issue. Great customer service at the front desk! We arrived late due to flight delays, Mimi was so helpful and courtesy. We appreciated the hospitality and her friendliness. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel. Clean and in a great location.

When I tell you Roshelle Moore turned a nightmare into a dream!!! Through no fault of hers, I had no luggage and on arrival to the hotel, I had no room😭.
