1. There is no mobile check in which caused chaos at check in. 2. Completely under staff. For example. I ordered pizza and wings during their happy hour special. I waited for 15-20 minutes and then asked about my food and was told the chef called in and the kitchen is closed for the evening although the special was still posted. I was told to walk… Read more

I waited for 15-20 minutes and then asked about my food and was told the chef called in and the kitchen is closed for the evening although the special was still posted. I was told to walk around and find something else. Plus there is no microwave in the rooms for leftovers 3. The water pressure was extremely low. When I informed the manager I was told nothing could be done that night. Maintenance had left and the hotel was completely booked out. This made things like showers, brushing teeth and flushing toilets very difficult. Remind me of staying locally in Jamaica. 4. They struggled at breakfast to keep up with the demand. 5. Valet was a complete nightmare at check out. I received a text that I would not be able to request my car it was a first come first served basis. Although I paid for this service. They knew it was going to be high volume but only had one man working that morning. Read less

Close to convention center, restaurants and parking. Nice rooms, comfortable bed. Great full breakfast with variety. Very good!!

The last day of my stay at the hotel , when I requested valet parking staff to bring me my vehicle, I found out the car key chain doesn't have the carabin. ( the car was rental and the key chain had a blue carabin ). I have reported lost carabin to that person ( who bringed for me my car ). I asked him to call his manager. ( the car was rental and the key chain had a blue carabin ). I have reported lost carabin to that person ( who bringed for me my car ). I asked him to call his manager. After five minutes, the manager came in and said he will investigated in and he will report it to me !!! He has never reported it to me ! It doesn't matter how much is the carabin ! It is unacceptable for a hotel employee to steal a part of a passenger's key. While you charged me $57 a night for valet parking. Read less

Stay away. Rooms are dated. Parking fees outrageous. Stay someplace else. The location is pretty good but the rooms are not worth the price.
