During checkout I was told that the FB manager would reach out, but still haven’t heard anything back. When i would ask questions regarding breafast (what was included based on being vip) each person would tell me something different. One of the chips available in the room were open and stale. On the other side, I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, employees were nice, and the hotel has a great location. Read less

stayed here for the solar eclipse for 3 nights lovely hotel friendly staff room was clean and comfortable had a fab time would recommend this hotel didnt use the pool as it was raining but a good size for a dip would stay here again great gift shop didnt use resturants as ate while out an about

loved it. i used a different credit card to pay than the original one they had a hold on and it was released within 24 hours. there is only valet parking. when my husband stayed there last year he found public parking close . i used the valet they were quick and helpful. everyone was nice and friendly who worked there from check… Read more
