Took an hour to get from the terminal to the hotel, no one watches the phones and ended up waiting almost 40 min on hold to call a shuttle. Ridiculous for an on airport property. Hotel is clean and rooms are alright.

5 days later I notice that I was charged $3 for the bottle of water that said had a “complimentary label. Plus I have status - water is always free for me! At least tell me that there are extra charges when I check out….not worth my time calling the hotel about it (but at least I could post about it here)….check your bill for sneaky charges.

Just what was needed on an overnight layover. Enjoyed the free shuttle ride to Grapevine for dinner. Would definitely stay again.

No discount even though you are at their mercy. The hotel needs to have a reasonable rate due to airlines and weather delays. We were not on vacation to book this hotel.

Hyatt Regency DFW is a very good place to stay, especially if you have an early flight out the next day.
