268 rooms, all of which are two-chambered and divided in to two separate areas a dressing room and a bedroom by a sliding privacy doors. Packaged to the hilt with mod-cons including motion activated lighting, iconic lighted make-up mirror with vanity, walk-in shower with rainfall and hand held shower-head, air-conditioning, flat-screen smart HDTV which pairs with your device, tea/coffee maker, mini-fridge, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer and iron and board. Grand Chamber King Suites have large wrap around balconies with sweeping views of Dallas. 

  • Waived Resort fees: Virgin Atlantic Holidays customers receive waived resort fees, saving $25 plus tax per night.

Clean, nice, but the coffee, oatmeal and toast, very basic things for breakfast.... not so great. Cold oatmeal, no choice of fruits or milk with it, toast didn't come with butter or jelly. Paid over $30 for 3 items and it was disappointing. I would stay there but wont be eating there

The hotel decor is bold not bashful! The red SMEG mini fridge in the room is super cute. We enjoyed the engaging service from bartenders Troy, Palmer and Christian. Check in was professional and courteous.

The front desk staff is very friendly and eager to help, rooms and bed are well designed, modern and very comfortable. High quality coffee shop inside the lobby. Unfortunately the only option to park is with the Valet Parking and some of the workers smoke marijuana. My car was returned with a strong smell of Marijuana.

The details at Virgin Hotel do not disappoint. Right down to the faucets. Jesse, our waiter at supper, was very attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
