Absolutely worst hotel ever. Arrived for a convenience at this hotel for 6 nights. Arrived late after flying all day at midnight. Tired and with my wife and child. Absolutely worst hotel ever. Arrived for a convenience at this hotel for 6 nights. Arrived late after flying all day at midnight. Tired and with my wife and child. Got to hotel and they said they were oversold and had to walk me to another hotel down the road. The room they had at the other hotel was not two beds and it was not going to work for us. So here we are at 1:30am with still no room and the manager of Holiday Inn is still trying to find us a hotel. Had these reversion for months worst experience ever and I contract with hotel for my conferences. I would never ever stay here or book a conference at an IHG hotel ever. Read less

Vanessa at front desk was so polite and approachable! Sa is a crazy and people can be rude but she made me feel comfortable. She was even nice to my kids and helped my wife find a nice nail salon. I felt bad though for taking up her time. She seemed to be the only one at the front working.

Honestly the best part was check in. I believe her name was Vanessa and she was so kind and informative and didn’t make me feel stupid asking her for recommendations and directions. First time in San Antonio and because of her kindness , it makes me want to return.

We stayed for 4 nights, good size room and bathroom, very clean. Next to the riverwalk, great place to stoll, there was the Fiesta boat parade on our last night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Nice place, recommended.
