Awesome! Abdul in the restaurant was very attentive and accommodating! He made sure we felt welcome and checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed!

My dinner at the Madison Hotel was delicious and Abdul was so accommodating and friendly! Everything was perfect - the temperature, flavor, and presentation. He really seemed to go out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our dinner!

Hotel was great, but the highlight was the doorman Juan! He went out of his way to provide a level of service that far exceeded the rest of the staff. Juan helped with travel arrangements and was very friendly. Other staff was fine and what you would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

I have stayed in this hotel 6 times now and it has become my favorite in DC! Everyone who works here is incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Thank you to Juan and Abdul (and everyone’s names I am missing) for always making my stay so lovely.
