Hotel make to much money not to make better repairs, phone didn't work well, water drainage area in shower under seat looks disgusting and like old dirt build up tub on patio wouldn't drain. Call maintenance they came ask for housekeeping to clean. Left for hours. Came back to dirty tub. Didn't meet butler to 2nd day after complaining to manager.… Read more

He promised to make stay better and my birthday special I received nothing but thin door stringer.Asked for ride to meet delta lady for departure and was told No. Only one guy on duty but 20 men standing our front. Text butler on my birthday morning asking for special breakfast around 7am not know hours. He should up at 9:30am asking what did my text say when it clearly read May I have breakfast from the restaurant of my choice and nothing. He said food downstairs Read less

My friend and I just finished staying at Breathless Montego Bay yesterday and we likely will not be returning. There were pros and cons but the cons unfortunately outweighed the positives. Let's start the the positives: - In comparison to other all inclusive I've stayed at, the cocktails were very strong and not watered down at all. They had top shelf alcohol, including Titos, Grey Goose, and Patron at the lobby bar. The drink menu also provides a wide selection of options. - The taste of the food was very good. We also had no problems on waiting for service, as most restaurants, with the exception of the hibachi didn't require a reservation. Continue reading for additional information. - There was no seaweed and the beach was very clean. We didn't have a hard time getting a cabana/shaded seating. Beware of jelly fish though. There were quite a bit of them in the water but luckily they were visible because the water was so clear. Now to the cons: - We arrived around 1 and knew that it was too early to check in, so we figured we'd drop off our luggage and explore the resort in the meantime. After a couple hours, we checked a little after 3 to see if our rooms were ready. Keep in mind, check in is at 3 pm. The guy checked and stated that it wasn't. So fast forward to 3:45, still not available. When I asked for an update, the guy asked the woman behind the front desk and was about to say my last name, and she quickly looked over at me and rudely yelled "No! They're not ready yet!". I sent my friend over to check back and she was very polite to her and said yes, your rooms are ready. I never asked her initially, so I'm not sure why she was being so rude to me in particular and I was polite to the entire staff. - I was so exhausted at the point that I just wanted to take a break and relax in my room. Unfortunately, the situation just gets worse. There were so many issues with the room that I was afraid that I would get sick. It was so humid and there was so much condensation that the floor felt damp when you walked on it, there was an unbearable smell smells of mold/mildew. It was so bad that if you yawn, you can taste the mildew. Additionally, the phone didn't work, and the light wouldn't turn off because of an electrical issue, so the maintenance guy had to come up and manually disconnect it from the unit. I was going back and forth with the front desk like night and the lady was like she was waiting for confirmation of a new room. At this point I honestly deserved an upgrade. I didn't go to sleep until around 3 this morning because it was so humid and I feel sticky. I spoke with the manager the next morning and despite all of that being noted in my reservation, he didn't believe me and was like they were going to send someone to fix it. Of course, no one ever came and I never was moved to another room. - There are not many options for restaurants, and the buffet area is recycled for other restaurants, depending on the night. There were times where I ate the food and had stomach discomfort and nausea, so I'm not sure if the food was not properly cooled, or maybe the meals were not fully cooked. On the last night, my friend ended up getting projectile vomit and explosive diarrhea shortly after eating her food. - Outside of the foam party that happened the Thursday we arrived, there wasn't much entertainment and the property was very boring. They had a show where that was a very talented singer who sung older R&B, and a Bob Marley show. They also had a movie night where they were playing Marvel movies on 3 screens but only the worker was watching it. If you are looking for a party resort or a resort with entertainment in general, I would avoid this property. We will not be staying here again and do not recommend this resort. Read less

The Resort is beautiful, I went with my sister for my birthday. The customer service was top tier, food was very good, unlimited drinks and 24 hours of free room service. I would definitely recommend this Resort. The only thing I would say is the entertainment could be a little better.
