This was our 1st visit to Abu Dhabi & this Hilton. Firstly the hotel & location were fantastic. The hotel was gorgeous and where it was located was just brilliant. It was in the centre of all the bars and restaurants which were terrific and also the Hilton hotel membership to the beach club was a game changer for us and such a brilliant experience, we loved it and we will definately be back at this beautiful hotel due to the design, rooms, fab location and the beach club - loved it all. Secondly - we have to say the biggest thank you we have ever done to a Hilton team member - Debbrah Depaz is truly the most outstanding person we have ever come across in all our years staying at a Hilton. Before our arrival Debbrah was very very efficient and helpful with all our enquiries but it was enroute to the hotel that she was a total shining star for the Hilton group. We were unlucky enough to be caught up in the travel dramas following the aftermath of the terrible rain. After hours and hours of delays and problems getting from London to Dubai - we finally got an emirates car from the airport but sadly after nearly 3 hours of doing detours/being stuck in traffic, we became stranded, in the back streets of Dubai, as the driver was not allowed to drive through flooded roads we were due to hit. He could not get any help at all from emirates despite calling them time and time again and we could not get through to them either for help - and we envisaged being left with our luggage in the middle of Dubai late at night - which was frankly terrifying. Luckily, at the lowest pin t, my husband emailed Debbrah asking for her to call us urgently as we were scared & stranded (as we couldn’t seem to make any calls). We were so lucky that she picked up the email and called us - from the second she got through to us - she took control - spoke to the driver, and we assume emirates because after 15 mins, after hours of feeling stranded and desperate - she confirmed a larger emirates car was on its way and would take us safely to the Hilton in Abu Dhabi. We were so eternally grateful for what she did for us when no one, and we really mean no-one else would help - so we hope that something special can be done for her by Hilton as she is such an ambassador for you and a true life-saver and we will never forget her for what she did to help us. You are very lucky to have someone SO AMAZING as part of your team. Thanks again - we had a great time at this Hilton once our travel traumas were over - and we will definately be coming back. Welcoming Friendly, ambience peaceful and staff assistance great Mariam beautiful calm aesthetic experience relaxing. Zachuzi shower sauna steam everything great experience Definite visit for couples and family. This is our second visit and will come again.
