Amazing family holiday experience, we found something new and fun to do everyday, the island is so big, clean and well managed. My kids can't stop talking about the fun experiences at watersports activities and the water park. The lagoon villa with slide was great. Will definitely come back for more fun.

Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. A cheery good morning whoever you meet.. restaurant staff, pool staff, buggy drivers and the ground staff all welcoming and friendly. So many choices of pools, bars and restaurants. Food is amazing, drinks are the best especially the cocktails. Excursion choices .. sunset boat trip . Snorkelling and more The lagoon villa was clean and spacious with your own pool and slide. Room is cleaned daily with turn down service every night. Complimentary snacks and fridge topped up every day with wine beer and soft drinks. I really could have stayed for many more weeks. It’s total paradise with staff to match. Can’t wait to go again The beach is pure white sand with the bluest clear sea. Read less

We felt exceptional from the time we land at Male till the time we left Male airport. We'll organised and the team did a perfect job in getting out luggage from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Their exceptional service does not stop when you check out, even when you reach the airport there is someone who help in getting the luggage and sending you to your check-in counter. We took an overwater villa with slide and this was one of my best experience. Room very clean with all the necessary amenities. The room service lady is very nice and did a good job. She will always check our availability for room cleaning. Restaurants are neat and clean, staffs did good welcome and water is served whenever the water level on your glass is close to empty. Food is great and we took wow all inclusive which is fantastic. Staffs will always approach you to ask for drinks if your have finished your previous one. Lots of activities to do in the resort. And you have the app which will tell you what activities are available each day. The ambassador that we got is very nice and helpful. He would always help you with all the questions on how to book for activities etc.. Very nice experience. Thanks Read less

I will try to make this in-depth and well-versed for those two people who read it. My wife and I went for our honeymoon from the States and it took us 30 hours to arrive. Lounge: We arrived and were whisked away to the lounge. The lounge is nice, nothing fancy, with some food, drinks, and a cool place after being in the heat of the Maldivian air. They did have massage therapists, however, we left too soon to use them. 4/5 stars. Sea Plane: The plane ride is miserable, it's hot and loud, and the only fans that work are those up in the front. It takes what will feel like an eternity. This is not a fault of the resort but you should know what to expect. The view is 10/10 however and should be properly enjoyed. 3/5 stars Arrival at Siyam: The arrival went smoothly we were greeted by our ambassador and were given a necklace. They took our luggage and we went to a bus where we were taken to the Sports Bar because we had filled out the information before arrival. This was a huge plus because it's the only building on the resort that is not where you stay that has AC. We waited for over 4 hours for it to be ready and were able to have some drinks and relax after all the travel. 5/5 stars Villa 347: We stayed in Villa 347 at the end of Tower Bridge. I wish we had not. The walk in the sun and weather was a lot. Do not make this mistake unless you know what you are getting into. The privacy is nice and you have good snorkeling but the 1/2 (.75 kilometer) mile-long walk was brutal in the rain and sun. The villa is great, the slide is run, the pool is nice and the AC works well. We had no real complaints other than our power went out while we were out and the breaker had to be flipped. It was hot in there for an hour but quickly cooled down. We took advantage of the Nespresso machine and the coffee. The mini bar was stocked well daily and we liked where we stayed. 4/5 stars House Keeping Our housekeeper was wonderful, I forgot his name, however, let that not detract from how good he was. Everything was always new and fresh, we even got things we never asked for. Our bed upon arrival was made up with "Happy Honeymoon" in a wonderful design. Everything we could have needed/wanted was provided by him. 6/5 stars Restaurants The food there is great, it's not fair to other resorts at this price point. You will not go hungry, each place has a three-course dinner and Jungali has one for lunch. Kurry Leaf like many others was our favorite. We visited each restaurant on a different night. We did not do Tempo for dinner but had it for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is ok, pretty standard buffet food. The flies can get bad so I would suggest you come earlier rather than later. It can also get busy. Kaage is the only one we had an issue with. We were seated shortly after arrival. However, upon being seated we did not have anyone come greet us or offer water for over 40 minutes. We got up, walked over to the hostess, and told her we were leaving. After some convincing, she told us it would be fixed. We were taken care of promptly from that point on. 3.9/5 stars (basic food for breakfast and lunch and Kaage) Bars The bars are probably the best part. Personally, I think the bartenders take a lot of pride in what they do and they do it well. Each bar is slightly different, albeit I wish they had some signature drinks that differed between each bar but I digress. We had a lot of cocktails and most were very good. We always had prompt service even when the bar was full. Most of the time there were less than 20 people at that bar. Most of the pools are centered around the bars. I never felt like the alcohol was light in the drink. Just be cautious, that sun will eat you alive with the booze. 5/5 star Ambassador This is where things fell off a bit. My fiance and I had done a lot of research before booking this place. She also joined a Facebook Group and what we expected came from those people. When looking back I should have tapered my expectations a bit, but, we still received very poor service from our ambassador. I won't name him as I don't think it will make any difference. We met him on the Jetty and he talked to us and answered all questions we had about our stay. The beginning was lovely. It quickly turned into something I would have rather not had on my honeymoon. He mentioned that he would always send a "Good morning text" but this was nothing more than a copy-and-paste text that each day was the same as all the information you can find on the app. There was no individuality involved and that felt cold. Now I put this section apart because I wanted it to be read. Anytime we needed anything it was press 0 on your phone and get the customer service people on the phone. I spent more time talking to them on the phone than I did him. We had an excursion canceled due to weather and I never got an answer if it was being rescheduled or if we were out of an excursion altogether. This did not sit well with me. Communication on something so small as to whether we should or should not expect to do this is tantamount to our happiness. We never got an answer and I was upset about it. The only time we saw him on the island was when we arrived and when we left. 1/5 star Island Activities The pamphlet in our room stated it was "Goodbye to boredom". This isn't true. We did get bored, there are things to do but most of them are meh. We did not see anyone participating in the resort-sanctioned activities. They have Football pitches and tennis courts but no one seemed to be utilizing them. I think this is because it's hot, that sport is hot and in the sun. Outside of the excursions, your day-to-day activities will probably be centered around the pool, drinking, and eating. 2/5 stars Excursions We had 5 booked but only ended up doing two snorkeling excursions. I would recommend not doing the Sunset Cruise but doing the Dolphin one instead. They both happen at sunset and the Sunset Cruise does not go very far. It seemed like a waste of money. The Snorkeling Safari is really up to who you have and where they want to go. Ours was pretty and good but very similar to what you will find outside of the Water Villas. We saw one turtle and a shark but the reef was not lit up. There was a lot of damaged and bleached coral. 2.5 stars The Turtle Safari was much better. Our guide was funny and cheerful. He took us to two locations. At the first one, we failed to see any turtles and the water was worse than what we had at the villas. The second site was awesome! Anemones everywhere, beautiful coral everywhere. We did have a jerk on it who stood on a beautiful blue orb piece of coral. We saw three turtles and even tailed one for a while. 5/5 stars Nightlife We never participated in this aspect so I won't speak on it. We have not heard good things about it and a lot of villas were occupied after 2100. But this should be left up to each traveler if they do or don't like it. Overall Overall this resort is fine, it is nothing special. Certain parts of it stand out and others are either the same or worse as other resorts. The food was great, and the service, was good, mostly. We would not return to this resort if we went back to the Maldives and to me that says the most about our experience. Was our honeymoon nice, yes. Would I like a redo of where we picked? Yes, we would. If you choose to go here I wish you the best and hope your stay is better than ours. Cheers Read less

Our Honeymoon and my birthday celebration at Siyam world was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed a different dinner experience every night! In 10 days we never ran out of things to do. We went parasailing, had a professional photo shoot, a private dinner on the beach, went horseback riding, went scuba diving, and even planted coral! We felt welcome from the minute we stepped off of the seaplane. The Maldivian islands bring beautiful sights and the locals make the experience incredible! Everyone was so kind, joyful, and helpful. Our ambassador, Affan, ensured that we were able to enjoy everything Siyam world had to offer. Avaah took amazing photos and drone footage to help us capture our honeymoon memories and Tan helped us check off scuba diving from our bucket list. Every person that helped us at breakfast/lunch/dinner, having a drink, or during an excursion was amazing. The baby goats and kittens are still my favorite! Read less
