We had a wonderful stay!!!! We stay at W hotel for five days and we explore almost all the hotel facilities from the beach to the pool and from the lobby bar to the rooftop bar that was amazing with every day different party’s, the wonderful breakfast and all the team. All the above helps to make our visit in Dubai even better Thank you W team!!!

Many thanks to Joakim, Komlesh, Asila and David, these guys made our family celebration holiday so special, however service from ALL of the staff was impressive! We all loved so much about our 8 nights stay at this hotel and the All inclusive which was included was well worth it - we will be back to the W’ hotel.

The hotel was lovely, the decor, the ambience. I have a couple of gripes however. The section of the beach did not feel exclusive. Not many sunbeds either. My other gripe is with the lovely pool on the 2nd floor - it did not matter what time you went up there. There were no sunbeds at all. Customer service was great. Food was good.
