First I would start by saying I don't usually leave reviews because I am just lazy however this was one of the BEST vacations/destinations/resort that we have had/been to so a review was the least I could do. All of the staff at this resort where amazing there customer service was a 10/10 everyone was genuinely kind/helpful if you have traveled before you know most staff are only doing it for the tips but here it was not the case of course a tip was appreciated but staff where going above and beyond without the automatic expectation of a tip. To be exact Leo the bartender was nothing but amazing making good drinks and great vibes. Nathaniel in the buffet was just extraordinary always paying attention to the smallest details, remembering our food choices with the greatest of manners and kindness. The FOOD my oh my from the buffet to the restaurants to the snack bar EVERYTHING was just so flavorful and fresh when I tell you we had the best Jerk chicken, Ribeye Steak, Alfredo pasta etc... we couldn't stop eating maybe explains the extra pounds we came back home with haha additionally the locals very friendly and easy going we felt so safe and secure going out of the resort visiting the local shops and venturing at Atlantis which by the way the Resort provided a free shuttle to and back leaving the resort at 8PM and returning at 11PM. If you have the opportunity would definitely recommend visiting Atlantis as their is much more then just the casino on site, theirs the aquarium, shops, restaurant's, bars, ships etc.... Their where so many other great staff unfortunately we couldn't remember all names however would reassure you that all experiences/encountered we had where nothing but amazing we celebrated my birthday here and have zero regrets. We would also recommend a décor vendor called "Room with a view" you can find them on Facebook my husband utilize their services to decorate our room for our arrival with flower petals, towel animal figures, balloons, drinks etc... and they exceeded the expectations the owner was so amazing that she event went out of her way to get us some local food we wanted to try out of the resort again 100% recommend the most honest and genuine people we have encountered and can say that we will definitely be coming back. The hotel was clean and rooms were good minus the small bathroom. Buffet and snack bar were decent after a few drinks and Ian was awesome. ‘Tings on a Stick’ was horrible, the Grille and Italian places were alright at best. Wish the beach was bigger.
