It was a toss up between the Bellagio and Aria, we have stayed at the Bellagio before so decided on the Aria. We have also stayed at the Luxor previously. The hotel was expensive but thought we would treat ourselves. The suite cost nearly 4k for the week, so I was expecting good things. The staff are not pleasant,no eye contact no greetings with a smile. The room was no better than a double at the Luxor, the shower had no pressure the iron was broken, they did replace it straight away however. The toilet roll is cheap. The corridor along level 17 was dirty, by the looks of things they sweep the rooms out onto the corridor and fail to hoover it up. The ice machine is leaking so they have packed around it with towels which stink. As soon as you step out the lifts the smell of weed nearly knocked you off your feet. I thought maybe a guest had left a trail on their way out but the smell was there all week. We were charged for items we had not had out the mini bar they did take them off when I complained. The water is $25 a bottle, can of coke $15 and you will be charged if you put your own items in the fridge. The ambiance in the casino was crap. We had points on our reward card from our last visit which was wiped off when they said we needed a new card. Cost for parking is expensive. I don’t mind paying 5* prices if I get what I’m paying for but for me the Aria is no better than a 2*. Save your money and book elsewhere. Read less

This is my first time at this property. It’s massive! I love the decor! The staff was great we had issues with dirty sheets upon arrival but was handled swiftly. There’s so many restaurants to choose from all 5 star caliber. There’s valet or self parking available. A free tram to visit The Bellagio, MGM, and Cosmopolitan hotels. A pool area that… Read more

A pool area that offers adult, children or party atmospheres. We rented a daybed for the day via the website. I would recommend you book before your arrival date. There were some more glitches but with a massive complex like this these things happen but what makes me comeback is the way it was handled! Well done! Read less

The stayed at Aria when it first opened and recently stayed again this past week to celebrate my pharmacy and public health graduate school graduation. It was better than I remembered. From the excellent service from Fatima during check in, the housekeeper who honored my wishes and concierge who recommended Prime.

Great clean location, excellent customer service, amazing pools with a fabulous food menu and drinks. Loved the size of the rooms and the views. Restaurants for all tastes on property and close to everything that is important on the strip. I highly recommend giving it a try!

This stay was short but sweet. I had been given a one-night comp for here mid-week last week and this was my first time staying in this property. I then relocated to another property for the remainder of my trip. I went with my mother for Mother's Day trip. We were given an upgrade upon check in to the Stay Well room. The king bed was plush and the features in the room were all high tech and modern. Room was immaculate and clean. Tub was spacious and bathroom was grand. Lots of space. Loved the view of the mountains. Casino here is not something I would want to play at again. I tried several slot machines, and they were all very high minimum bets. Even betting one credit most .05 machines were minimum of 10$ a bet. Lost $100 very quickly when the limits were so high. Also, cocktail service was very limited. We only saw one waitress the whole hour we were in the casino. Food here was spectacular. Tried Toca Madera at Crystals and that was phenomenal. Could not get in at Carbone but I am sure anywhere you try here is good. Cab service here is quick and trustworthy. We used the tram to Bellagio often too. Hotel scent smells inviting. Decor is lovely. There was some convention going on here last week and they kind of took over the property so that was not so great- it wasn't much leisure travellers at the time. Pool is great. Lots of space and sun. Starbucks on 2nd floor is extremely expensive. A juice and a spindrift sparkling water was $16! Check out is 11 am but they let us have our room until 12 PM no issue they did not have housekeeper knocking or nothing. Overall, I really liked the free stay. I will return and pay gladly. Thank you for everything. Read less
