King Room With Terrace has 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.High Floor View Rooms have views of the city or Times Square, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 4 adults. 

Queen High Floor Oversized City View Rooms have city views with 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

King Suites have a separate lounge space featuring a sofa bed and seating area. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adultsKing High Floor Skyline View Suites are located on the 40th floor and above and have views of the Chrysler Building. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.King Times Square View Suites are located on the 44th floor and have a separate lounge, sofa bed and soaking tub. King City View Terrace Suites are located on the 40th floor, have a terrace, separate lounge, and soaking tub. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. 

Times Square Presidential Terrace Suite is located on the 40th floor and has separate lounge and sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

the hotel is great-rooms are clean and spacious. unfortunately when checking in i was told i only had a reservation for one room though i had a reservation for two. additionally, i was accompanied by my three nieces, one of whom was underage, and was promised by my travel agent that our rooms would all be on the same floor. when the clerk figured out i had booked two rooms he said they were on two different floors, two floors apart. it was important, dare i say critical, that i was on the same floor as my underage niece yet the hotel could not/would not accommodate us. unfortunate because we did like the hotel. p.s. the ice machine on our floor was broken for the five days of our stay even though we reported it broken the day we arrive. We used a cash and points option to pay and still had to pay $400 plus 22,000 points per night for a one bedroom “suite.” Would have like to see a better price. Did not use food services as there were better priced alternatives just steps away for eat in or to-go. Read less

Hotel is located in the heart of Time Square. Close to subways, a block from the square, a block from the theaters. Can't get a better location than this hotel...plus it's new and clean.

Top Hotel, Great location, rooms are spacious, needs are met by staff. The gym is good, Has a good amount of free weights, running machines and weight machines. The views are amazing. The rooftop bar great. Really happy with this stay, Enjoyed it better than the 5 star hotel.
