We took the Air train & LIRR to Penn Station & it was a short walk to the hotel
We got there around 2:30pm & had to ask for the room at 3pm Very small lobby with a shop of overpriced drinks

We took the Air train & LIRR to Penn Station & it was a short walk to the hotel
We got there around 2:30pm & had to ask for the room at 3pm Very small lobby with a shop of overpriced drinks
We stayed on the 12th floor & could see the top of the Empire State Building out the window Room small as expected but comfortable King bed
Powerful shower but the shower door didn’t close fully so the floor flooded Plenty of towels but no toiletries apart from shower gel, shampoo, conditioner & a bar of soap
Breakfast is included We went early each day My husband liked it but I didn’t Buffet comprised of scrambled eggs, sausages/ patties, breakfast potatoes/ french toast/waffles The cereal was all kids sugary cereal & the granola was just a small pot There was yoghurt & fruit but I didn’t like the look of it No pastries were available on any of the days we were there but lots of different bread
The hotel has a tiny gym but this is attached to a terrace which gives a lovely view of the Empire State Building
Staff were friendly & helpful
Area is down a road that has a lot of wholesale flowers In the evening, there were a few undesirable characters which I’m sure is the case for all areas of the city
Close to the Subway & opposite a McDonald’s
Basic hotel to just sleep in Not fancy at all

Everyone was very respectful, courteous and very helpful. Totally enjoyed our stay. Everything that we wanted to visit was very close by or easy to get to with revel or a taxi ride.
Great size rooms and amenities

Good and central location. Tidy and clean rooms , unfortunately in need of renovation locally. Service is customer-oriented and attentive.
The breakfast buffet is absolutely not recommendable!
You will enjoy the sufficient space and the kitchen place.
Great view from uppper floors
Well located and breakfast included was a bonus.

Enjoyed the central location, much calmer than Times Square yet walking distance to all areas including Broadway shows, Chelsea Market, High Line etc. Lots of great restaurants close by.
