As its name suggests, the atrium-style Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown enjoys a wonderful location, in the heart of Music City, just a short walk from all the sights and sounds. For breakfast, head to Speaker’s Bistro, serving a variety of buffet delights to get your day off to the best start. Liam M was the most helpful and polite gentleman made us feel very safe being with all girls . Would highly recommend him the customer service was outstanding. Thank you Liam you were the first face we saw when we got into Nashville and you started our experience on a great level!

This is by far the dumpiest hotel I have stayed at in a while. Avoid if you do not like rooms that smell like cigarette smoke, hallways littered with cigarette butts, obviously inebriated guests in the lobby and hallways, a bathroom the size of a mini matchbox, and a piddly shower. Avoid if you do not like rooms that smell like cigarette smoke, hallways littered with cigarette butts, obviously inebriated guests in the lobby and hallways, a bathroom the size of a mini matchbox, and a piddly shower. The room was hot with the AC barely working... The hotel employee who checked us in did not seem happy about even working at this hotel. The only positive experience in this entire sea of misery was the valet parking attendants, who were friendly and professional. Left with a feeling that we probably would have been better off in a Motel 6 or something like that. There is absolutely nothing 4 star about this place! Read less

Christian was awesome! Great valet thanks guys for the great service. Quick and professional guys who never disappoint. Not always the case with valets in Nashville but the guys at the Sheraton know their stuff. Thanks again guys will be back.

Joe did a great job by keeping up with our vehicle. Also, the golf cart valet to Broadway was awesome. They were always there when you needed them.
