I amazed that this hotel has 5 stars. From the smell of sewerage in the underground parking, the unfriendly and unhelpful check in staff, over an hour wait for my room. I have stayed in better Road Lodge Hotels. This is not a 5 Star Hotel at all. Room is outdated, TV is tiny,mostly sabc, no wifi, no milk by the kettle, room is dirty, booking in took ages and my mother's room wasn't ready, even at 15:43. Would not recommend.

The most elegant hotel around Pretoria. The place is quite comfortable and the pillows are fluffy and soft. The food is thee best. It is worth the price. Given a chance this is the best environment to relax and rewind. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Delicious high quality food, selection of wines and great service. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Highly recommended

You don't talk about 5-star hotels without mentioning Sheraton Pretoria Hotel in the same sentence. Their rooms are spacious and comfortable, with chic contemporary décor and sleek hardwood floors. It is one of the best hotels I have ever been to.
