We had a fantastic 2+ week stay in a preferred room in January. We were in the Jazz in section on the ground floor. There was some noise in the early mornings as people headed off to the parks, but this was to be expected. The food court was good, quick and reliable. The buses were excellent. We did encounter a few waits, at park close or if we’d just missed a bus, but the interconnectivity of Disney property is fantastic, and it was fantastic not to have to worry about driving - just show up and get dropped off at your destination. Toward the end of our stay dance and cheerleading groups descended on the resort and made it all a lot less pleasant- buses, foodcourt, etc were all rammed. Thankfully the nighttime noise wasn’t too bad. I would not stay again during these competitions, although they seem near impossible to avoid. We visited almost all of the other Disney resorts on our trip and while they were pretty, we preferred All Star Music for the casual food options and easy accessibility of the rooms. The other resorts also get a lot of visitors not staying there (like ourselves) that made them, and their transport, very busy. We will definitely stay here again once we’ve saved enough for our next trip Read less

I've stayed multiple times at All-Star Music and, each time, there's been some maintenance issue. On one visit, the curtains in my first floor room would not close, and, last time, the swinging latch on the door closed after I left, locking me out of the room. The funny thing about that last problem is that housekeeping discovered the issue, but maintenance refused to try to fix it because they thought that someone was in the room -- which meant that I didn't get housekeeping for the one day that I should have received it during my stay. Disney tends to put visiting musical groups (high school marching bands and choral groups, for example) in this resort, so there can be a lot of noise late at night, especially in and around the pools. It can also mean dealing with lots of teenagers on your buses to and from the parks. Groundskeeping is often out very early. If you aren't planning an early start to the day, this may be bothersome. I've always requested a quiet room, but never received one. Of the three All-Star resorts, this ranks a distant second in book, ahead of All-Star Sports (which is often overrun with cheerleaders, sports teams, and dumb jock dads). Read less

It was very clean and very comfortable for our stay very happy with it. Decor was so cute but not over the top for Disney resort and have a nice hot shower at the end of the evening was a blessing. And surprisingly from hearing all the comments online it was actually very quiet.

Stayed here for one night as a last minute thing due to the appalling standard of a virgin holidays villa we were in. Haven't stayed in a value resort for years but they've come on so much. Rooms clean and modern, also love being back in the Disney bubble. Would definitely stay again!

It was perfect. I got a very low budget to go to Disney. But THIS HOTEL IS THE SOLUTION. Room is spacious clean, it had a big TV and the service is perfect. I stayed in better hotels in Disney. Or that is what people say. The difference between the “better” hotels is the price. Because quality is the same. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!
