Beautiful resort. Enjoyed the pool and walking around. The food court had tasty meals but the menu could be a little more varied. All staff were very friendly. Having the Skyliner made visits to Epcot and Hollywood easy and quick. The bus service to the other parks was great as well. Second time staying at this resort,

Convenient to Disney, love the skyliner . Rooms and beds were terrific, even have a mini Murphy bed. The folks here are really nice and helpful. This is worth the extra cost. Regular pool close to our room and a huge features type pool at the main building….included cool slides and kiddy area.

This was our first time staying on Disney property and based on our stay at CBR we are big fans! We stayed in an Under the Sea 5th sleeper room in building 37 in Trinidad, which we requested, and found it to be clean, light, comfortable and big enough for our family to stay in for 7 nights. Our 7 year old daughter loved the pull down child's bed which was the perfect size for her! Our 9 year old son slept in the pull down Murphy bed which worked really well for us as it transformed into a sofa by day, making the room feel bigger. There was plenty of drawers for clothes, although not much hanging space. There is also a large counter area which was helpful for making drinks and breakfast in the room. The air conditioner unit was pretty noisy, so at night we just used the overhead fan which was fine for April. Housekeeping was every other day. The Skyliner really is amazing, and our room was only a few minutes walk from this. There is a Joffreys at the Skyliner station which was very much appreciated, especially on the rope drop mornings! We never had to wait more than a few mins for buses for MK, AK and DS, and always managed to get on straight away. The main pool area is great for families. It is well maintained, clean and has plenty of lifeguards on duty. We were always able to get sun loungers with shade. The quick serve restaurant is a little smaller than I expected for a resort so large but has a good selection of 'safe' and more adventurous options. We took a stroll up to Riviera one evening to use their quick serve and found it great to have this closeby for extra variety. Being in Trinidad it was about 8 minutes walk to the main hub for the pool and quick serve, but honestly we didn't find this to be a problem, even for the kids after a long day in the park. The scenery is so beautiful and relaxing, its just nice being on holiday! But if you're really not up for the walk there is an internal bus that can take you to the hub. We loved our week at CBR and would love to stay here again. I would absolutely recommend the Under the Sea 5th sleeper rooms for families with young kids. And finally, the cast members throughout are incredible! Read less

Not sure why this resort gets a bad rap! We had a great room location in the Trinidad block, close to a pool, the Spyglass grill (Great team working there) for quick breakfast and snacks and pop refills ($23 bucks over 6 days totally made sense). Food at the main station was good, especially the 1/2 Jerk chicken meal which was our Autistic son's… Read more

Food at the main station was good, especially the 1/2 Jerk chicken meal which was our Autistic son's favourite meal(Picky eater). We ate once at Sebastians and we loved it $38 for 3 courses and there was so much food, it was amazing. Kudos to Lisa our server who was fun and very efficient. Recommend this restaurant for sure. The best part of staying at this resort, is the Skyliner. 7 minutes to Hollywood studios, about 12-15 to Epcot. Rooms spacious and functional. When we return we are staying at the same resort. This hotel capitalizes off the Disney name but it a total rip off. All you get is a measly 30 min extra in the park after a 20 min crowded bus ride. And the 30 min is only for Tomorrowland. It’s total BS. For the amount you pay I would expect better service, better restaurants/food, and housekeeping service!!! They only clean your room every other day. I paid $440/night. I expect daily housekeeping. Like the rest of Disney it’s a total rip off. Either splurge on one of the hotels closer to the park or save your money at a different hotel. I honestly can’t believe this place carries the Disney name. Read less
