We had an amazing time with Yanai , Monique , Conrad... big shout out to yanai for spending time with us and an amazing soul. Jerome was amazing at the bar . Also, shout out club sandals for allowing to have the best experience. Entertainment was the best part

The resort is very nice. However, this review is specifically for the Jerk Shack on property. The food was absolutely delicious and our server, Crystal, was awesome. Our complements to chef Brandi. The food was amazing! I got the Jerk Pork and my wife got the Jerk Chicken. Highly recommended!!

A friend and I came here for a girl's trip. We had the rooftop rondeval #11 with butler service. Our butlers were Ronaldo and Roger Neil and our primary housekeeper was Tamika. We thought Tamika was amazing. The room was spotless every time we came back to it. Roger Neil was so friendly and welcoming it felt like we wanted to hang out with him the whole time. It was our first time at a Sandals and we were not sure what to expect. If you've never been it kind of feels like going to summer camp for adults. There are lots of activities and you cannot really ever do everything. The entire resort is so beautifully landscaped that everywhere you look is just something more beautiful. We never saw a thing out of place. So many of the staff were just so wonderful to interact with, especially the manager of the rum club who I think was named Dane. Every waitress and hostess was just so kind and friendly, but some of them were a little softspoken and sometimes it was a little difficult to understand what they were saying. Especially at the French restaurant. For a girls trip this might not be the most amazing place to go, because it really felt as though everybody was really just intimately coupled up and there was not a lot of social interaction with other people very much. Although the more activities and excursions we did the more social interaction we got with other people. At the pool people were not very social except in their own small groups. If you are single and you don't want to see a lot of snuggly couples this place is not for you. The coffee is the greatest coffee you'll ever drink in your life, especially the latte at Blum. One thing we did not realize is that if you want the butler to bring your meals you need to have them plans 24 hours ahead. That's a little frustrating because sometimes during the day would have like to order something but we needed to plan ahead. We did feel like the rooftop was not really worth it because it seems like kind of a place to party and with just the two of us it wasn't really useful. Also the tranquility tub on the rooftop is in full view of other rooftops and also balconies from the hotel. If you would like more privacy in the rondeval pool, I recommend #12, because it is at the end. Late April was a great time to visit because the weather was just perfect it was not cold or too hot. However we did have one floor rainy day when they didn't seem like it was much to do at all. It seems like they could have had some kind of activities indoors for rainy days but we ended up just chilling in our room the whole day, which felt a little like a let down. If you don't like to walk do not get the rondeval, because it is a little bit of a walk down to the rest of the resort. Also the sunset and sunrise is not visible at all from the rondeval, even the rooftop. The wifi also does not reach to the roof. In the rondeval there is one television and one speaker and the speaker never worked for us and our butler did not remember that I asked him about it. Also the Chromecast on the television really never worked well and other people kept casting things to our TV, and there are very limited channels. The best drink that I had was the signature blue drink from the concierge. The best food was at Banyu, the Asian restaurant. The most memorable part of the trip was the Jamaican cultural show. It was absolutely breathtaking. The dancers were so good. The vocalist Alicia was also really, really wonderful, and the piano player gave such a great time in the evening in the lobby. Samantha at Hanami is absolutely phenomenal. She gave us all the best recommendations for our dinner and they did not disappoint. We woke up thinking about the amazing meal the next day, ready to return. Such a sweet, thoughtful woman who obviously loves her job.
