We love this Sandals, David Harris was the BEST! Any issue we had, he was spot on it. Very professional and personal. Also butlers Kerry & Kellisha...Awesome! Our shower drain was stopped up, causing the water to flood the toilet area...whivh we had to wait to use the bathroom, until everything was cleaned up. I would have given 4 stars,… Read more

My wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon for a week at Sandals St. Vincent! The food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would like to point out a few standout people that really went above and beyond below. Our favorite restaurant was Gatsu Gatsu! It is a sushi place, and I went every night except for Thursday when they were closed. We ate dinner at all the other restaurants, but I always left enough room for a sushi roll or two at the end of the night! Jefrey is the manager of Gatsu Gatsu, and one of the nicest guys I’ve met. He knew us by name and always greeted us with a big smile! One night was SUPER busy and he was bussing tables, taking orders, sitting people, and still managing everyone else. Incredible guy. Another amazing person at Gatsu Gatsu is Biyonce, our waitress every night. We asked for her every time because she was very quick with service and super friendly! Last person I would like to point out is “Jiggy”, the best bartender on the planet! He was at the swim up bar in the main pool most days. He made great drinks, knew every word to every song, danced while making the drinks! He definitely set the vibe at the pool and made it super fun! Super nice guy! Fantastic experience. Adrian and Ulrica were fantastic, activities were so great and certainly recommend the water sport activities, so fun. Highly recommend this resort. Really enjoyed the service and the accommodations. Fantastic staff engagement and conversations.

Where do I start? Amazing, majestic and phenomenal! All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating especially our butlers Iya, Zanique and T-Shurna all three absolutely blew our minds with amazing service and little surprises for my girlfriend and I while celebrating an anniversary. They made us daily poolside cabana reservations with a stocked cooler, prepared a midday picnic under a shade tree, candle light dinner on the beach and gave us all the scoops on excursions. The resort is still being completed but the construction was “outside” of the main resort areas and it was not an inconvenience at all. Some of these people leaving negative reviews I think are just generally negative and unhappy people no matter where they go! The mountains surrounding the resort gave us some amazing rainbows to gawk at while chilling at the swim up bar in the pool. The beach was amazing and the sand was so clean. Definitely get on the catamaran snorkeling tour out to the Tobago Keys. It was our unexpected highlight of the trip!!!! The resort also offers free snorkeling to shipwrecks and coral reefs within 5 minutes of the resort. Paradise is an understatement and see if you can request Iya, Zanique or T-Surna as your butlers for the ideal all inclusive report experience! We will be back. Michael Read less
