We ended up in the old section. Elevators didn’t work. Walls so thin you could hear everything rooms away. The curtains were torn and wall paper was peeling off in many places. Very dated. Red walls not appealing. No housekeeping. Absolute worst!

We had a overall great experience. Beautiful scenery. Room was cozy, comfortable and clean. Karla K. was amazing. She checked us in and was awesome. Made ✔️in quick and easy. Now the ➖. The spa was closed. The parking fees on top of resort fees is crazy.

This was The finest rooms we ever had at all the Caesars properties. A balcony suite with the most outstanding views of Lake Tahoe is incomparable to any other resort. Quiet rooms with all the amenities you might expect in the finest hotels. Bathroom with the best shower facilities that had views of the lake also. And how have I ever lived without the heated towel rack in the bathroom. Huge living room with dining table and mini fridge. 2nd bathroom always comes in handy too. And the entire staff was so nice and friendly with any of our needs. Read less

Harveys refused to a basic disability accommodation and violated the ADA. Avoid this hotel if you have a disability. Staff were extremely rude hid behind hotel policies. The staff made unpleasant derogatory comments about disability and they were ableist in their approach. Clearly they have not had any ADA training.
