We had a quick visit to Orlando to see family and visit the park. Although services are not all open due to covid we had a great stay. The staff we amazing, the pools were great, and appreciated the safety measures the hotels had in place.

Hotel smells of cigarettes and mold. Rust and broken tile in the shower. Stained filthy carpets. Vomit on the lamp shade and doorway. Towels and bed linens stained. Hot water takes 30 minutes to come on! Do NOT stay here!! They also charge exorbitant fees for "Secured" parking, the gate is broken and will not close, the parking is definitely not… Read more

Resort? Try motel! This is by far the worst and nastiest orlando stay i've been at. Over priced for the pictures shown. The only nice thing about this place is literally the lobby. Resort? Try motel! This is by far the worst and nastiest orlando stay i've been at. Over priced for the pictures shown. The only nice thing about this place is literally the lobby. The staff barely wears masks for covid, but thats nothing compared to the dinginess of the buildings and rooms. The low roofs and dark hallways with scratched out paint should have been an indicator of the mess in the rooms. The cleaning staff i guess does not clean. We came into stained beds, stained carpets and used towels in the bathroom passed off as clean. You literally have to walk in shoes so your feet don't get dirty in your own room. The appliances are a joke, probably made in the 1800s. Not to mention they must have the ac on a timer because after midnight prepare to sweat even if you have it in the 60s. The beds were hard lumpy and uncomfortable, the bathrooms small and with the cheapest toilet paper you can find. And if you want resort views? Better off staying at a mcdonalds parking lot because all you're getting here is old grass and dirt lots. The crime scene tape tied to on of the parking lot polls should have been an indicator. They also charge you $15 for parking only to leave the gates open, and $50 "resort fee" for your dirty amenity enjoyment, those that are open of course. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $20 on a nicer spot. This place is not worth the headache or the ruin in your vacation. Read less

Do not be deceived by the online photos, updated lobby or friendly staff. The hallway had a stench, the building, doors, walls are old and look it. The room is much smaller than it looks. The restroom door almost hits the toilet which shows you how small it is. There is mold all over the restroom. I found an extremely large portion of the wall… Read more

The restroom door almost hits the toilet which shows you how small it is. There is mold all over the restroom. I found an extremely large portion of the wall full of black mold on the last day when I pulled the frame back. Also, the power went out for 45 minutes and if it I had not asked about it, they would have not addressed it. I would have had a better experience staying in a motel. I would not recommend this place even if it was free. Unfortunately I paid upfront for the week and being from out of town sucked it up. Extremely disappointed. Read less

The lobby looks amazing but do not let it fool you. The carpets are horribly stained and the walls are dirty with holes. If the condition of the facilities did not make me mad enough, they snuck extra fees onto our stay. Whatever price you're being offered is not accurate. While we chose a $59/night sale price, we ended up paying double that after added "booking fees" (whatever that is) and parking fees. A hotel should be transparent about their prices. No one wants to feel robbed after staying somewhere. I'll gladly drive a little farther for a better hotel, especially after I know I'll be charged for one anyways. As for the hotel, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I have no idea how you're still in business. Read less
