The rooms need updating. The bathrooms were not very clean. There was hair on the towel. The tub was rusty. The worse part of the stay was they gave another guest our room key! We were in bed someone was opening the door to our room. We requested to talk to a manger four times and the manager didn’t seem concerned and said it happens. We will… Read more

Mold. Mold. Mold. If you value your health and the health of your family. Give this place a wide berth. How they can knowingly treat guests to such disgusting conditions and remain in business is beyond me. $120 a night inc the resort fee ? Another legalised scam. $13 for parking in an outside ground based car park is akin to being charged for parking when you go to the supermarket. Now the real reason for the bad review. Mold everywhere. On the walls, in the bathroom, on the curtains, on the lampshades. I could not subject my family to this and had to demand another room. My family are now sick when we are supposed to be on vacation. How the Orlando health board can allow this place to remain open is beyond me. A question I shall be asking come the start of this week. Our stay was ok! The check in was smooth, they offer a welcome package which dont take. We opt out of this. Our rooms were ok. Beds were ok. Our TV didn't work all week, we called service desk and they did send someone but after he came to check the TV and left the TV wasnt working again. We didn't have bath curtains in our room upon arrival, We waited 1hr for shower curtians. We got the queen beds room. Pool was nice. The outsides of the hotel was nice. Probabaly will not stay here again. Read less

The management team is rude, uncaring and those working as front desk help are absolutely incompetent and clueless. Except for housekeeping, no one we encountered has any concept of customer service. They charge bogus, fraudulent and unadvertised parking fees. They do not allow any food or drink on the pool decks unless it is purchased at their hotel. Rooms smell wet and of mildew. Stay away!! I purchased this through a third party about a month before my stay and was very pleased with the property. The room was ready when I checked in and the first room that was assigned was a ground floor pool view deluxe (which I booked) but as soon as I got there I was not happy with the location and called for a room change. Since I didn't book directly with the hotel I thought I would have a problem but the front desk was very accommodating even though they were fully booked that night. To be clear, the problem that I had was that it was a very busy time and my room was literally right outside the pool and it was extremely loud. Since I was traveling alone (my daughter was with her softball team staying on Disney property), I wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet since it was my first time in a very long time (besides business travel) that I was staying at a resort alone (which was great). The room that I was moved to was on the 5th floor - pool view but much quieter and the switch was seamless - they even sent someone up to carry my bags up (I did not have to go back to the front desk at all), which I found was an excellent example of how customer service should work. The room was clean and the grounds were beautiful. One elevator was broken during my 4 night stay but it really wasn't a big deal (although I did hear others complain). My only complaint is how people would stake their claims by the pool very early (being on the 5th floor with a view of the pool I was able to see what time it started and how many seats were taken); I truly believe they would go to the parks and then come back. I realize that this is a problem in many resorts but I wish there was some way to control this - fortunately for me (who did not hold a seat while attending my daugther's softball game) a single chair was pretty easy to come by but had I had my other 4 family members with me it would have been a problem. Other than that it was great - tiki bar food was pretty good - happy hour was always "happy" with some good deals and even the food in the Starbucks lobby area was really good. I would definitely come back with my family based on value, location and accommodations. Read less
