The hotel

Where is it

In the up-and-coming Haines City area, getting to Orlando’s theme parks and outlet malls is simple. With easy access to I-4, villas are within 20 miles of Walt Disney World Resort. You’ll find a restaurant and bar on site, plus a large supermarket just outside the community’s main gate, and other restaurants a short drive away. Distance from Orlando Airport: 39 miles. Distance from Tampa Airport: 68 miles.

Please note: swimming pools can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge, which can be pre-booked and paid prior to departure from the UK. The majority of pool heaters run 8-10 hours per day, and will maintain a water temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the outside air temperature. Pool heat may take up to 48 hours to heat up to a higher temperature.

Security Deposit/Damage Waiver – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) is payable during pre-registration which covers for any accidental damage up to a specified amount.
