With activities on-site from mini-golf to water slides, there really is something for everyone. Your property comes complete with a pool, and oodles of space for chilled days and evenings at home. When it's time to head to the theme parks, you're just a short drive away, so you'll be walking through those grand gates in minutes!

Where is it

Located in Kissimmee. Within a short drive from Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios, and Orlando International Airport.

Hotel information

A range of townhouses and villas, all with air-conditioning, at least one cable TV, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, private plunge pool or full-sized pool, and complimentary WiFi access. Some villas include a games room (usually the garage) and some feature a whirlpool attached to the swimming pool. Many larger homes feature a Cinema Theatre Room with a big screen TV.

Please note: Townhouses feature a small splash pool, whereas villas feature a private screened pool. Townhouses are not fully detached properties and are smaller in size.

Four bedroom townhouses sleep maximum 8 people.


Five bedroom villas sleep maximum 10 people.

Six bedroom villas sleep maximum 12 people.

Seven bedroom villas sleep maximum 14 people.

Please note: swimming pools can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge, which can be pre-booked and paid prior to departure from the UK. Most pool heaters run 8-10 hours per day and will maintain a water temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the outside air temperature. Pool heat may take up to 48 hours to heat up to a higher temperature. 

Please note: Pool Heat, Cribs and BBQ Rentals can be booked during the preregistration process 30-60 days prior to arrival.
